Green-to-Clean recovery, deep pool cleanups, suitable acid washes and expansion-joint seal replacement are priced for the work your property needs.

01Green-to-Clean recovery
We check the water, equipment and filtration before planning treatment and cleaning. Debris removal, filter attention and follow-up may all be part of getting an algae-affected pool back on track.
02Deep pool cleanups
Leaves, dirt and neglected surfaces can build up beyond routine care. We discuss the cleaning areas, access, equipment condition and any extra work needed before regular maintenance can resume.
03Acid washes
Some stained pool interior finishes may be suitable for an acid wash. We check the material and condition first, explain the limits and coordinate any agreed draining and refill. It is a separate service from tile cleaning.
04Expansion-joint seal replacement
Often called Deck-O-Seal replacement, this renews suitable flexible sealant joints around the pool coping and deck. We review the joint, remove worn material and define the preparation and compatible replacement product.
05Preparation & water handling
We agree on access, equipment needs, protection and any draining or refill before the visit. Do not empty the pool yourself unless that has been specifically arranged with us.
06A plan after the cleanup
We explain any remaining concerns and the care needed after the agreed work. Equipment repairs, ongoing maintenance and additional surface work are identified separately.

What to expect

- Green-to-Clean recovery and deep pool cleanups.

- Preparation, follow-up and any drain/refill work specified in the proposal.
Each service is priced for your property. Pool size, buildup, finish condition, access and equipment affect the work. Repairs and regular maintenance are separate unless included in your agreement.

Agree on the work
We review the condition and discuss the method, preparation, likely follow-up and price. Green-to-Clean work, acid washing and joint replacement are separate services within your proposal.
Clean up & review
We complete the approved work and explain the result and next steps. Regular care or further repairs may be needed after the cleanup.

The right treatment for the condition
A green pool does not automatically need draining or an acid wash. An acid wash is considered only for suitable finishes and conditions; it cannot repair a worn interior. Joint-seal replacement does not correct underlying deck movement or structural damage.
Recovery time and results depend on the pool’s condition, water and working equipment. Clear-looking water alone does not confirm swimming safety. Preparation, drain/refill arrangements, repairs and follow-up are confirmed in your proposal.
How much does a pool cleanup cost?
Call for pricing. Pool size, condition, access, equipment and the services needed all affect the proposal. We confirm the work and price before it begins.
Does every green pool need an acid wash?
No. We start with the water, filtration and visible condition. Treatment and cleaning may be the appropriate starting point. An acid wash is a separate option for suitable interior finishes.
Are Deck-O-Seal and expansion-joint seal replacement the same service?
Yes. Deck-O-Seal is a joint-sealant brand; people often use the name when referring to the flexible seal around the pool coping and deck. We list this as one joint-seal replacement service.
Can I drain the pool before you arrive?
Please wait until we have agreed on the preparation. Whether draining is appropriate depends on the pool, finish and site conditions.
Can you put the pool on weekly service afterward?
We can discuss a weekly plan once the pool and equipment are ready for routine care. Cleanup, repairs and regular maintenance are priced separately.
