WHAT WE LOOK AFTER

Repairs for your pool & spa.

Open a topic to see how we can help. Your agreement confirms what is included.

01

Pumps & circulation

Noise, loss of prime, leaks and weak flow can have several causes. We review the pump and its connections before discussing serviceable parts or a suitable replacement.

02

Filters & valves

Worn elements, seals, gauges and valves can affect filtration. We check the equipment’s condition and requirements, then explain the service or replacement options.

03

Heaters & spa operation

Heating problems can involve controls, water flow or the heater itself. We review what can be safely checked. Gas or electrical issues may need additional qualified investigation.

04

Plumbing & leaks

We can discuss valve rebuilds, check valves and accessible plumbing repairs. Suspected underground leaks may need pressure testing or separate leak detection before a repair can be priced.

05

Lighting & automation

Want the lights working again or easier control of the spa? We review the installed equipment and wiring before recommending compatible lighting or automation changes.

06

Skimmers & pool repairs

Skimmer replacement and localized cracks need a close look at access, plumbing and the surrounding pool structure. The proposal explains the repair and any related work needed.

What to expect

Tell us what changed—noise, a leak, a heater issue or a control that will not respond. We can discuss the next step and how the visit will be priced.

  • Start with the symptoms and the accessible equipment.
  • Explain repair, parts and replacement options.
  • Confirm the work, parts and any additional testing in the estimate.
  • Get your approval before repair work begins.

The price depends on what we find, the equipment and parts needed, and installation conditions. We discuss any visit or diagnostic fee before scheduling.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Here’s how it works.

01

Tell us what changed

When did the problem start? Is there an error message or visible leak? Equipment-label photos can help us prepare.

02

Talk through the options

We review the accessible system and explain what we find. You will know whether a repair, replacement or more testing makes sense.

03

Approve the work

We confirm the price before repairs begin. After the agreed work, we check operation where conditions allow and explain any settings or follow-up care.

GOOD TO KNOW

Can it be repaired?

Sometimes a seal or component is enough. Sometimes age, condition or parts availability makes replacement worth considering. We discuss those tradeoffs and check that any replacement suits the rest of your pool system.

Visit or diagnostic fees are discussed before scheduling. Specialized testing, permits, gas work and electrical work are included only when stated in the proposal.

REPAIRS / QUESTIONS

Good questions to ask.

Ask us: (818) 665-6693
Can you work on Pentair, Jandy or Hayward equipment?

We review these and other systems based on the model, condition and parts available. A clear photo of the equipment label is a helpful first step.

Does a leaking pump need replacement?

Sometimes a serviceable seal or component can address the leak. We look at the source and the pump’s overall condition before discussing repair or replacement.

Could my indoor controls affect the heater?

Yes. An indoor panel or automation setting can override outdoor commands. Tell us where all the controls are so we can check how they work together.

Is leak detection included?

We can review visible leaks during diagnosis. Pressure testing and underground leak detection are separate services when needed.
